Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a bartender for our Fishtown and East Passyunk Tasting Room. Key responsibilities include becoming an expert on Manatawny Still Works products, engaging with customers to enhance their experience, collaborating on cocktail design, and maintaining high service standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Share knowledge of Manatawny Still Works products with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Interaction: Promote Manatawny Still Works brands to enhance customer experience.
• Cocktail Design: Collaborate on creative cocktails and menu development.
• Service Standards: Maintain high cleanliness standards and provide excellent service.
• Issue Resolution: Address guest service issues promptly and professionally.
• Compliance: Ensure bars comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Teamwork: Foster positive communication with coworkers and supervisors.
• Flexibility: Be open to learning and growth opportunities.We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, effective collaboration skills, and a passion for handcrafted spirits and cocktails. Flexibility is key, as the role may involve occasional shifts at other Tasting Room locations. Availability for a shift schedule of Friday, Saturday, Sunday is required.
