Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Tax to build a tax
function and collaborate across various business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee completion of annual federal and state tax returns
and foreign filings
Bring quarterly tax provision in-house in accordance with GAAP
Provide proactive advice on tax implications related to business
initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
CPA with 10 to 15+ years of experience in accounting, including
public accounting firm experience
Proven track record in corporate income tax and indirect tax
Self-motivated with the ability to think independently and
creatively
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Passion for cross-functional collaboration
