A company is looking for a Utilization Management Review
Nurse.
Key Responsibilities
Utilizes clinical knowledge to interpret criteria and provide
appropriate treatment and services for members
Coordinates and communicates with providers, members, and other
parties to facilitate optimal care
Makes independent decisions regarding work methods and follows
established guidelines
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio with no
disciplinary action
3 - 5 years of experience in Medical Surgery, Heart, Lung, or
Critical Care Nursing
Previous experience in utilization management
Prior clinical experience in an acute care, skilled, or
rehabilitation setting
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
