Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director-Counsel for Business
Development Transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements related to
pharmaceutical intellectual property and collaboration
agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the
transactional lifecycle
Provide strategic and legal advice on complex business transactions
and coordinate input from subject matter experts
Required Qualifications:
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to the bar in at least one state
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in relevant areas,
preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector
Experience with intellectual property law and corporate
transactions
Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams and working with
senior leadership
