Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Leader to manage
and grow its Sales Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing Sales Development team
while providing coaching and mentorship
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales development strategy
for lead generation and qualification
Utilize CRM and analytics tools to monitor KPIs and adjust
strategies to meet goals
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in sales development or business
development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and scaling sales development teams
in high-growth environments
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales
processes
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales development tools
A data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions
based on metrics
