As a subsidiary of ILG (International Luxury Group), L'Amy America possesses a portfolio of brands including ANN TAYLOR, BEN SHERMAN, CHAMPION, NICOLE MILLER, TLG, Seven.Five (American Crafted) and the newly launched 2BB collection (philanthropic initiative giving back to the Foundation for Fighting Blindness).Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Business Sales Consultant at L'Amy America Eyewear. The Business Sales Consultant will be responsible for expanding and maintaining existing business, cold calling to develop new business, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves daily in-person face-to-face visits and the ability to manage the territory via an efficient sector system. The Business Sales Consultant will carry the complete product portfolio of the above-mentioned collections. This territory spans across Eastern Washington and Montana. It has an established base of business with additional room for growth. We offer uncapped commissions and a small company culture that allows you to grow to your unlimited potential. Must reside in Eastern Washington or Montana.Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the eyewear industry and fashion trends
• Prior experience in outside sales
• Skilled and talented at generating new business through face-to-face cold calling
• Road Warrior mentality
