Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a successful franchisor with over 600 locations across the US and Canada. Our Port Washington, NY location is family-owned, and our reputation is built on our culture, experienced team, and established client base.We are currently seeking an engaging Spa Sales Associate with some previous experience to drive growth of our spa's recurring membership model. This is an hourly front desk position with room to grow. The role is hourly plus commission based, with minimum expectations on membership conversion to meet and exceed.As an experienced Sales Professional, you'll be the driving force behind our front desk team hitting those sales targets. Get ready to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, build relationships, and seal the deal. We need leaders with engaging personalities and communication skills who put our customers at ease and have a gift for closing sales.Key Responsibilities:

• Measure membership conversion and drive results. Have a proven strategy in place and be ready to adjust as needed based on results. Minimum membership conversion standard for this role is 20%.
• Craft and run ongoing sales training programs for our spa associates, including role play, morning meetings, sales goals, contests, and more.
• Set sales goals and drive performance to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals. Lead by example.
• Analyze customer satisfaction scores and identify areas of opportunity.Experience Needed for this Role:
• Managing and driving a recurring membership revenue stream - bring your specific strategies and ideas!
