A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Technician to provide advanced technical support and ensure outstanding customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities

Resolve escalated customer cases through expert troubleshooting and maintain a customer-centric approach
Collaborate with peers in a swarm support model to efficiently address complex issues and enhance team knowledge
Act as a subject matter expert on product functionality and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve software defects


Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software/application support, preferably with ERP or supply chain-related software
Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues involving code, logs, data, and environmental components
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of direct, relevant work experience in application support or IT-related roles
Proficiency in application diagnostics, monitoring tools, and database troubleshooting
