• Transformative.What You Will be Doing:As a Senior Plumbing Engineer/Designer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects. Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):
  • Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design
  • Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Providing management and oversight of plumbing support staff
  • Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects.
  • Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients.To Qualify for Application:The successful Senior Plumbing Engineer/Designer candidate should have:
    • BSME
    • PE or CPD or equivalent experience
    • Active Professional Engineering License
    • 10+ years' experience in MEP design/consulting
    • Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards
    • Commuting distance to Washington, DCTo Be Competitive for this Role:Preferred qualifications include:Interface Benefits and Perks:
      • Highly competitive total compensation packages. The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $155,000 annually.
      • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Interface pays 80% of employee and dependents medical premiums. Interface pays 100% of employee dental and vision premiums and 80% of the dental and vision premiums for employee and dependents.
      • Paid Time Off (PTO) - 20 days of paid time off per year. Accrual begins on your first day of work.
      • Paid Holidays - Nine (9) paid holidays per year.
