Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Center Technician responsible
for providing on-site field system support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical support and service programs to ensure high
customer satisfaction
Coordinate resources, problem resolution, and system diagnostics
for customer specifications
Participate in a 24-hour support rotation to address customer
needs
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of relevant experience
Preferred BA/BS degree
Experience with Linux
Project management skills
Technical support experience
