ServiceNow CAM IRM Development Lead Architect (16646)Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen, with the ability to obtain a Public TrustBaer is looking for a ServiceNow CAM IRM Development Lead Architect for a 12-month Federal remote project.Title: ServiceNow CAM IRM Development Lead ArchitectLocation: Remote (Must be based in US)Duration: 12 monthsRate: All-inclusiveAlignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)Description:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in the CAM (Continuous Authorization and Monitoring) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) domains.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), CAM, and IRM modules, providing thought leadership, strategic direction, and best practices for implementation and configuration.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other internal and external systems to automate and streamline the risk management and compliance workflows.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team to ensure business requirements are captured and translated into effective solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules related to IRM, GRC, and CAM, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members, driving solution delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Compliance, and Risk Management, to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation.
• Perform ongoing administration, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow modules to ensure system functionality and compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, configurations, and implementation guides.
• Mentor clients and internal teams in the adoption and use of ServiceNow capabilities in the CAM/IRM space, promoting a deep understanding of platform features and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and releases within ServiceNow and the CAM/IRM space to ensure the company stays ahead of industry trends and evolving regulations.Requirements:
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in CAM (Continuous Authorization and Monitoring) or IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
  • Proven expertise and hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC, CAM, IRM, and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring implementations.
  • Strong background in Risk Management and Compliance processes, including Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, best practices, and development tools.
