Description:Compensation: Based on a bi-weekly salary and commission.
Duties:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
  Skills:- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets- Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred- Excellent cold calling skills and the ability to confidently engage with potential customers- Effective public speaking skills for presentations and client meetings- Upselling expertise to maximize revenue from existing customers- Knowledge of sales pipeline management techniques to effectively track leads and opportunities- Familiarity with market research methods to identify potential target markets and industry trends- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Experience in outside sales or business development is a plus
