Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center
Representative I (PT) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and timely service to members via various
communication methods
Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow
up on transactions
Perform account maintenance and recommend additional products and
services
Required Qualifications:
1 year of retail experience with a track record of meeting service
and sales goals
Basic understanding of financial products and services
High School Diploma or equivalent
Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft
applications
Genuine interest in helping members with an empathetic and caring
nature
