Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Multiple Offices)

Our firm is renowned for its high-quality legal services and commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing practice.
Position Overview: As a Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various defense litigation matters. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in defense litigation cases, including but not limited to insurance defense, personal injury, transportation, aviation, construction, etc.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
  Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in at least one Mid-Atlantic state.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in defense litigation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
