Overview:
The Software Engineer leads the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems and applications. This role involves overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring high-performance and scalable solutions, and providing technical direction to engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced software systems to meet organizational needs.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding best practices, and maintain high standards of software quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15 years of professional experience in software development, design, and project leadership.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and modern development methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex software projects on time and within budget.
