We seek a highly motivated and skilled Systems Administrator to
join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of system administration principles and a proven
ability to manage and maintain complex IT infrastructures. This
role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with
excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
As a Systems Administrator III, you will collaborate with a team
providing second and third-level support, field application, and
hardware calls, ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency
of operations of the IT infrastructure, and supporting the
workforce. You will assist in managing and administering the
various cloud technologies. While maintaining a working knowledge
of all hardware and software applications in order to resolve
problems and issues that arise. This position logs all pertinent
information from each call into a call-tracking application
database and records follow-through to resolution. This is a
