Volitiion IIT Inc. is an IT Service and Staffing firm based of Leesburg VA. We have hiring Top Talents to add to our growing team of Technology Professionals. We are looking for a Peoplesoft SCM Oracle Lead to add to our team. Job Overview: General Responsibilities

• Provide Functional/SME leadership and guidance on the Contract Lifecycle Management project and Procure to Pay initiatives.
• Work with program manager, WMATA Procurement Manager, and perform the day-to-day functions of coordinating functional infrastructure discussions and functional solution design.
• Design, develop, and maintain SCM documents within PeopleSoft.
• Provide functional expertise for Small Business Program Office to support certification application, review, and approval process.
• Subject matter expertise on PeopleSoft FSCM specifically, eprocurement, Strategic Sourcing (SS), and Supplier Contract Management (SCM) modules on PeopleSoft version 9.1.
• Functional experience with the same modules specifically requirements development, analysis, business process development, testing, and training.
• The Contract Life Cycle Management Functional/SME Lead will be responsible for providing specialized functional expertise to support the certification application, review, and approval process for small businesses seeking to participate in our procurement programs.
• Responsibilities to include Guidance and support to Procurement initiatives including SBPO, Document management, analysis & assessment, Communication & collaboration, and policy compliance.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills. Education Bachelor's Degree in computer science or software engineering Experience
  • 10-15 years of PeopleSoft.
  • 5 years of Oracle Cloud for ERP
  • Extensive knowledge of all core modules.
  • In depth knowledge of technical details for People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, App Package, component interface and Security v. In depth understanding of reporting tools, like XML Publisher, PS Query, SQR, BI Publisher
  • High level SQL writing skills.
  • High-level coding skills.
  • Ability to solve complex software issues.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Self-motivated.
  • In depth understanding of PeopleSoft delivered functionality Certification
    • Any project management certification.
