A company is looking for a Hybrid Recruiter for both technical
and non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and
non-technical roles
Source candidates through various channels to engage top talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
and hiring goals
Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focusing on technical
and non-technical roles
Proven ability to hire for engineering and G&A roles at various
levels
Strong proficiency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools
Familiarity with technical jargon and ability to evaluate
engineering-related requirements
Experience in an agency setting is preferred but not required
