Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employment Counsel to provide legal
advice and support on employment matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment matters and
develop compliance procedures
Draft employment-related documents and advise on employment
policies and internal investigations
Manage litigation, audits, and collaborate with stakeholders on
complex employment issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of employment law experience in CA, NJ, and/or NY and
federal employment law
Openness to learning about international employment practices and
laws
Multi-state employment law experience is beneficial
Must be a member of CA, NY, or other relevant State Bar in good
standing
JD from an accredited law school
