Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR & Administrative Associate to
support its HR and Operations team with various administrative and
human resource processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including e-filing and
managing inventory
Maintain virtual HR files and assist with recruitment processes,
including job postings and applicant screening
Support onboarding processes and coordinate employee well-being
initiatives
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Administration and HR, preferably in a
remote, non-profit setting
Proven experience with administrative tools and technical literacy
(e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Gusto, Asana, Salesforce)
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with
discretion
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
accurately
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
