This position requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired candidate will have professional cooking experience, knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and at least one year of experience as a Sushi Cook is preferred. This person will have a critical role on our restaurant team, and basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge is required. This person must have flexibility to work shifts any time between 9am - 11:30pm, any day including weekends and holidays.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.50, increasing to $27.50 in March, and increasing to $28.00 after six months.

    Qualifications:
    
    • At least one year of previous Sushi Cook experience is preferred
    • Flexible availability between 9am - 11:30pm, any day including weekends and holidays
    • Good communication and culinary skills
    • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
