As a Co-Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing operational leadership within your assigned location, working closely with the Store Manager to drive success. Your merchandising expertise will be invaluable in enhancing and maintaining high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area.
You will be a leader and mentor to new and existing team members, guiding them towards success and ensuring their growth within the company. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 plus bonus annually. Additionally, our benefits package includes medical, dental and prescription benefits, 401(k) program with company match, paid vacation, sick/personal pay, employee discount, life insurance and long term disability insurance, flexible spending plan, and holiday pay.
