Job Details
- CATH LAB - 40 HRS DAY
- START DATE: 2/24 or 3/10
- Must start with 3 weeks for the new rate.
- Shift: Days 7-530 PM//40 hours weekly
-2 Years Minimum Experience REQ, Will accept 1YR with previous Cath lab Experience (Scrub/Circulate)
- First timers accepted: Yes (Will need positive references from previous employer.)
- Weekend REQ: Every Other Weekend
- Skills Required: Cardiac Stent Placement, Left and Right heart catheterization, (PCI), (PTCA), Cardiac Ablation, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, Accurate monitoring, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Cerner, Coil Embolization, Rotablade, SWAN-GANZr, IABP
- Float Required: Cath Lab and IR as a scrub, circulator and monitor tech (prefer if traveler has EP Skills, but not required)
- On Call: (10) shifts per month with weekend rotation as necessary
- Avg. Daily Census: 15-20

- Special Procedures/Unit Details: R & LHC, Primary PCI, Vascular/Peripheral Angios, EP Studies, PPM Implacents, Ablations, IABP, SWAN-GANZ, Coronary Lithotripsy, Coronary Microvascular Disease diagnostics, Biopsies (tissue/bone/fluid), Paras/Thoras, Port Placements, GJ Tubes, Nephrostomy tubes

Additional Details
Required upon hire.
A valid driver's license will be required if driving on behalf of MedStar Health is an essential function of the job.
Flu vaccine required for all employees.
