Job Description:
A company is looking for Remote Non-Credentialed Veterinary
Support Staff.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming cases regarding potential toxic exposures and
general care inquiries from pet owners
Document each case in an electronic record and provide accurate
medical and safety information
Manage cases under pressure while maintaining empathy and
professionalism with distressed callers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active CVT/LVT/RVT License with at least 1 year of experience in a
veterinary clinic/hospital
Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends,
and holidays
Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, and common computer software
Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical operations
Commitment to a 4-week paid remote training process
