Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Management
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for implementation issues and
questions
Support the development and deployment of new ITIL services and
manage existing IT processes
Coordinate activities with service providers to ensure ITIL
services meet business specifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or
equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in computer operations or similar technical
areas
1+ years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Support
Applied knowledge of ITIL best practices
Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs
