A company is looking for an Offer Management Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales, product, legal, and finance teams to
develop customized offers and ensure compliance with company
policies
Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth
execution of offer-related processes and support sales teams
Track offer success factors, analyze trends, and provide insights
into competitive offerings and market pricing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related
field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of experience in offer management, sales operations, or
financial analytics
Proficiency in offer management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft
Office Suite
Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract terms
Ability to manage multiple offers and projects simultaneously while
meeting deadlines
