Job Description:
A company is looking for a HR Retirement Senior Manager
responsible for overseeing benefit design and planning
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational
challenges
Ensure compliance with ERISA and applicable federal and state
laws
Design cost-effective benefit programs that attract and retain
quality employees
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
10 or more years of experience in retirement plan management
(Preferred)
Experience with pension plans (Preferred)
Expertise in designing Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution
plans
Ability to analyze data and trends in benefit programs and
budgets
