Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Operations to
support quality and operational processes in healthcare
delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct monthly quality assessments and lead continuous improvement
projects
Manage adverse event reporting and analyze event trends
Oversee the client grievance process and support health plan audit
preparation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of operations or quality experience, preferably in
healthcare delivery or startups
Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
Experience managing patient risk and complaints processes
Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and medical
staff
Passionate about maternal and child health
