Warfel is seeking a Vice President of Finance / CFO to advance their mission of developing Clients for Life. The successful candidate will join a passionate, dedicated Executive Team and bring a proactive, strategic approach to finance. Demonstrated financial acumen (accounting, budgets, analysis, forecasting and financial planning) is essential to the role. The Vice President of Finance / CFO will be responsible for ensuring appropriate risk management and balance sheet integrity, and providing hands-on leadership to the accounting department. A successful track record of driving a culture of accountability, taking initiative, and bringing solutions are essential to the role. A professional individual, the Vice President of Finance / CFO will build effective relationships with team members, clients, and business partners.

Vice President of Finance / CFO position qualifications:
-A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, essential; advanced degree preferred
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance/accounting leadership role in a multi-faceted organization, required; in construction or related industry, preferred
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
-A demonstrated ability to utilize technology to drive efficiencies
-CPA and/or CCIFP designation(s), a plus
-Experience in real estate development, a plus
-Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
