Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, R&D Process Quality
Business Intelligence & Data Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement risk-based quality improvement strategies for
R&D
Lead and collaborate with internal teams to analyze and resolve
quality-related issues
Support the Quality Management System by ensuring compliance and
effective procedural performance measures
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 4 years of quality experience, or Master's
degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of quality
experience
At least 4 years of experience managing people and leading teams or
projects
15 years or more experience in Quality Management or relevant areas
in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Experience with Quality Management Systems and managing quality in
electronic QMS
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in process
monitoring and advanced analytical methods
