Description:City Fitness is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team and drive performance at a single location. This is a front-facing leadership role, that services both staff and members. Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and drive preformance.

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have GED or High School Equivalency
  • Prior experience supervising and developing staff
  • 1-3 years of sales and selling experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    Supervisory ResponsibilityThe Manager serves as the immediate supervisor to all Fitness-Sales consultants and Assistant Sales Managers at a single location.
    Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position that requires a physical onsite presence and a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per work week. Unless otherwise specified, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties or special projects demand.
    TravelThis positions requires a minimum amount of travel.
    Work Authorization/Security ClearanceThis position requires additional screening as a condition of hire.
    Salary Consists of Base Salary plus Performance Bonus Pay - $40,000 - $80,000 annually
