Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Change Manager,
Configuration Manager to join our team located at Fort Belvoir,
Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA)
efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and
facilitate Army adoption of the DoD Cloud services under the Army's
Cloud Enterprise Technology Services (CETS) contract. The CETS
program provides Information Technology services and technical
subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and
migration to the Army cloud (cARMY) environment that currently
includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4,
5 and 6.Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation,
such as engineering drawings, production specifications and
schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer
requirements are met. Reviews contract to determine documentation
required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of
engineering processes. Analyzes proposed changes of product design
to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates
modification records for management control. Supports software
configuration management and version control of all software and
scripts associated with the cARMY enterprise and mission/project
baselines. Responsible for initiating, evaluating, requesting
Government approval, releasing, and implementing changes. Records
all Change Requests, Change Proposals, Documentation or Software
updates. Uses cloud-native tools and/or integrate other tools to
facilitate Government oversight and governance of cloud computing
resources, to include collection, analysis, and reporting on
non-compliant projects, applications, or computing resources as
well as automated methods to remediate issues. Maintains a
continuously updated Source Code Repository for the change and
configuration management support of all software, version controls,
and scripts associated with cARMY in the government desired system
of record as directed by the TPOC. Once pre-production activities
are completed and the new CSP is in production, the position shifts
to operations & maintenance (O&M) support tasks.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree, may substitute
experience for education such as High School graduate with 4+ years
of experience or Associates with 2 years experience; candidates
with Armed Forces courses, extensive certification, and additional
experience are highly encouraged to apply.DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD
8570.01-M) Intermediate qualification (e.g. Security+ CA) within 6
months of starting position.Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA
at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Information
Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or
Computer Science.ITILv4 Foundation Pay InformationFull-Time Salary
Range: $77809 - $132275Please note: This range is based on our
market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined
by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
