Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on
K-12 schools in Texas.
Key Responsibilities
Own the renewal process for district accounts to maintain long-term
partnerships
Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to
address their priorities and concerns
Identify at-risk accounts and implement action plans to re-engage
and retain them
Required Qualifications
Experience working with Texas-based educational leaders, including
districts and charter organizations
Deep understanding of Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS)
and their impact on instructional goals
Familiarity with Texas-specific funding sources and education
legislation
Proven ability to support customer renewals and drive expansion
efforts across Texas school districts
Must reside in Texas
