Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize their HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage the HubSpot platform, ensuring system
stability and data integrity
Design and implement automated workflows to enhance sales and
marketing operations
Support marketing campaigns and assist sales teams in optimizing
deal pipelines and lead scoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related
discipline
7+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, preferably in
healthcare
Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and its various hubs
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for customization
purposes
Experience with data management, reporting, and integrations
