Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Generation Director to build and
manage a high-performing lead generation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and manage a team of lead generation specialists
Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies
across multiple channels
Analyze data to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure
high-quality leads are passed to sales
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in lead generation or inside sales
leadership
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing
teams
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
preferred
