Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Strategy and
Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and drive
strategic projects
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and communicate
insights
Maintain corporate development pipeline and facilitate due
diligence processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's in a quantitative field
preferred
Minimum of 7 years of work experience, including 2 years in
management consulting or corporate strategy
At least 2 years of experience in the higher education or edtech
sector
Experience in structuring financial and economic models
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and
influence stakeholders
