Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager (IT Initiatives & Operations).

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT infrastructure, operations, and implementation of IT systems and policies
Direct planning, prioritization, and evaluation of enterprise IT initiatives
Oversee Major Incident Management process and drive continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

2+ years in a leadership role managing technical resources
2+ years of experience managing Cloud IaaS technologies
5+ years of experience in an Enterprise role focused on Microsoft and *nix technologies
A 4-year university degree or equivalent experience
Experience implementing and supporting Windows Servers, VMware, and AWS
