Staff Backend Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to lead technical initiatives and drive innovation in distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities

Shape technical strategy and guide the design and implementation of services
Mentor and guide engineering teams to deliver effective solutions
Work with various stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing
Experience in developing key technical capabilities from the ground up
Proficiency in Typescript and Node or similar web-app development frameworks
Strong web frontend skills with experience in React and microfrontend architectures
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship
