Position Details: Operations Training Instructor / Senior Operations Training Instructor
--- Location: Crane Facility (Harrisburg, PA)
--- Shift or Travel: 1st Shift
--- Compensation: $115k for Ops Training Instructors / $134k for Sr. Ops Training Instructor
--- Bonuses/Additional Compensation - Premium Pay of $15k first year and $3.5 upon requalification following years; Annual Incentive Bonus up to 10%+ based on individual and corporate performance; Relocation available for candidates more than 50 miles from facility

Position Description:
Operations Training Instructors demonstrate mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific nuclear licensed Operations training programs. Provides direction to trainees, subject matter experts, support personnel and vendors/contractors.

Requirements:
--- Navy Nuke Background is the ideal fit
--- Ops Instructors: Associates Degree or Technical qualification in Engineering OR 6 years of industry related experience
--- Senior Ops Instructors: Previous or current SRO license OR RO license with 4 years of industry related experience
--- Understanding and knowledge of the operation of a reactor or other radiation producing devices
--- Proven track record of safety adherence and implementation
