Identify discrepancies in payroll tax liabilities and recommend
process improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and payroll service
bureau roles
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll taxes
Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
