Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial
strategy, operations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with
organizational goals
Oversee financial reporting and analysis, presenting findings to
senior leadership
Supervise accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial
functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or CMA certification preferred
7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Familiarity with the financial needs of the conference, events, or
hospitality industries is a plus
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
